It’s been a cloudy weather for almost a week now and I can definitely feel my motivation going down. I need it high now, I can’t allow weather taking that from me. Not convinced this is the main factor, but definitely contributes to the big picture.
I still have no clue how to deal with weather affecting my mood. I didn’t approach and study this topic yet, but seems like a good candidate for this week’s reading as the following days are going to be the same.
I expect solutions I would find would be vitamin D, exercise, showers, meditation and the other techniques that work for the best in keeping the mood high, no matter the weather conditions. Anyways, till I try them, nothing is for sure.
How do you feel these days? More of sunshine and rainbows or something towards blue sadness?
